Hana Square - This gigantic structure of
28,099㎡ stretching from east to west in front
of the Science Library includes one story above ground and three below.
Appearing like a ship floating on the ocean, the structure boasts grand
beauty with a charming and practical design. Winner of the Award of Excellence
in the 25th Seoul Architectural Work Award, it now stands as a proud landmark
of KU (Korea University). |

By Subway : Get off at Anam Station subway (close to Korea University College of Engineering) line
6 (Brown Line ■). Take exit number
4. It takes 5 minutes to Hana Square by foot. (Note that the next stop is Korea Univ Station, which is Liberal Art campus of Korea University, which takes 20 min on foot to get back to Engineering College campus.) |
By Taxi : The fare of regular taxi starts from
KRW 3,000, while deluxe taxis start from KRW 5,000. Most taxi
drivers know the direction to Korea University Engineering College Hanasquare (pronounced as 'Go-Ryo Dae-hak-kyo GongDae Hanasquare'). (Note: taxi drivers may erronesouly take you to the Liberal Art campus of Korea University. So, make sure to say you want to go to the Engineering College campus of Korea University) |
By Bus : Finding nearby bus stop at current your
