Each conference attendee must be registered
separately. A registration is valid only with completed payment. Full (non-student) registration
entitles the attendee
to technical sessions, workshops on Aug. 26, coffee breaks, welcome reception,
conference banquet, as well as conference materials and electronic conference
proceedings. Student registration
entitles the attendee to all of
the above except
for the conference banquet. Information for authors
accepted paper must be accompanied by a full (non-student) registration.
Each full registration covers only 1 paper.
For an accepted
paper to appear in the conference proceedings, at least one full (non-student)
registration must be received by June 22, 2014. IEEE Membership

accept the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, AmexCard, and Maestro.
On-line registration also allows wire transfers (details, including bank
account number, will be emailed to the registrant). Registration payments
must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you
registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible

invitation letters for visa purposes. Such letters will only be issued
to prospective attendees who have completed the registration process (including

: Refund policy: Withdrawals until July 10, 2014
(45 days before the conference) will incur a $80 administration fee. A
written statement of withdrawal must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There will be no refunds after July 10, 2014. All refunds will be made
after the conference for administrative reasons.
